At Y62 we want to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. If you find your item does not meet your expectations please see below for our refund/return policy.

Contact us at sales@y62.uk within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and we will assist you. Please provide as much evidence as you can in your enquiry to help us speed up the process of assistance.

We will not accept any returns after 30 days on ship date.
3.
If you believe the product was damaged during shipping please contact us within 7 days of shipping so we can work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
4.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before the item has shipped we will issue an immediate refund. If you cancel after the item has shipped we will refund once we have received and inspected the item on return. Buyer will be responsible for covering shipping costs.
